Candidate Green Building Certificate and Green Building Mark - Planning, Design, Evaluation and Application
A. Origin
The picture of the green building mark is taken from Architecture and Building Research Institute, Ministry of the Interior.
Architecture and Building Research Institute, Ministry of the Interior has officially accepted the application for the Green Building Mark (EEWH) since September 1, 1999. Green buildings include assessments of the following nine indicator assessment systems:
u Greenery
u Soil water content
u Water resource
u Energy saving
u CO2 emission
u Waste reduction
u Sewage & garbage improvement
u Biodiversity
u Indoor environment
B. To Promote the Green Building Standard, It Is Divided into Candidate Green Building Certificate and Green Building Mark.
u Candidate green building certificate
New buildings that encourage the acquisition of a construction license but have not yet been completed to obtain a license.
The candidate green building certificate is awarded for the planning and design of buildings that meet the green building assessment index standards.
u Green building mark
Give a green building mark when obtaining a license or an existing legal building that meets the green building assessment indicator standard.
C. Assessing the Operation Process
u Candidate green building certificate
New building received a building permit → Document consultation check → Assessment work → Approved to the Ministry of the Interior for the issuance of EEWH Candidate Certificate → Executive Green Building Project
u Green building mark
New building received a building permit → Document consultation check → Assessment work → Approved to the Ministry of the Interior for the issuance of EEWH green building mark
